Marissa is awesome

Marissa is awesome. All the docs are great they actually read the tests and make medical decisions and give real advice vs the test monkeys the insurance cos use.

I am grateful for Defy

I am grateful for Defy. Instead of gatekeeping care and getting tangled up in red tape, Morgan works with me to accomplish a tailor made plan of care that meets my needs. I appreciate the fact that they are educated in hormone therapy and are willing to treat according to what works best for my lifestyle (delivery methods). Traditional medicine/doctors have a far cry to go to catch up.

It was good

It was good. I hoping once they call I can get started on the peptides asap to help my injury. I do have a compound pharmacy here in St.Pete that I get my GLP-1 from that I prefer unless Defy has another one in St. Pete. Please let me know. The visit was good

Defy Medical wants to be there for you…

Defy Medical wants to be there for you as you're suffering through menopause, but sadly they aren't equipped.

They have an active administrative team who makes sure your lab work is relevant but then their team of practitioners is quite busy: it took me weeks to book my first discussion with a nurse practitioner. Noted there aren't any female MDs, which I would expect.

Further, following my $395 consultation, we discussed many options, agreed on next steps, but then when my prescriptions came through, there was a suite of options, where some didn't align. I received a call from an administrator but she didn't know anything about their vs local order options, which was confusing. Noted that one of my prescriptions we agreed on was missing.

From a CX perspective, their platform brings you to a useless landing page that doesn't help. This business needs a turnaround!

Too long to get the prescriptions to the pharmacies

The consultation itself was excellent, however I didn't get my prescriptions neither in my basket, nor sent to my pharmacy long after the consultation. I sent an email, and needed to call 3 days after to only get to know that the consultation wasn't even checked out, and it would take up to another 48 hrs (and who knows if that's even going to be the case) for the prescriptions to be sent to the pharmacies.
