Good products and excellent customer service. Our delivery was damaged by the courier company and Defendapack responded immediately to our message and resent the whole order straight away. The entire problem was solved in under 24 hours, including receiving the replacement items. Absolutely faultless service and all with a brilliant friendly attitude. Thank you!

Some fantastic help and advice from Adam at Defendapack....even though I wouldn't be spending a lot of money on the product. Sadly there's not many companies like this now and we should support the ones that are doing it well. I will definitely be a return customer and highly recommend to others.

I never do reviews but have decided to leave one based on my interactions with defendapack recently. There was a slight error with my order and the fella I spoke to in customer service (Adam) was possibly the biggest legend going. He sorted my order out straight away and sent out some temporary packaging fixes for me (free of charge) and was super friendly doing it. Will 100% use these again in the future.

I've placed about half a dozen orders with this company for postal tubes, ranging from £50 to £200, and had problems in almost every instance. The main issue for me has been poor control over wall thickness, meaning identical size tubes from one order could literally weight 50% more than tubes from a previous order. I bought three different sizes in my last order, and the variation was so large - with "extra strong" 2mm tubes having thinner walls than a standard 1.5mm - that I contacted them to ask if they could help remedy. This is a real issue for me, as the overly heavy tubes push me over the 100g threshold for international mail, meaning extra costs per parcel many times more than the value of the tube. After I managed to convince the employee who responded to me there was an issue, and outside the stated +/-10% specs, he had me mail one of each size back to them so he could bring it up with factory. And then.... nothing. I contacted many times, wondering if they could fix the issue at factory and give me a discount to place another order, and each time was just told "oh yeah I've not heard from the factory yet". Perhaps this is an issue that is more relevant to me than most - but it's not been the only issue. In another order, I bought 300 tubes and almost all of them had a patch of crumpled skin on the outside, which apart from being ugly, also meant I couldnt attach labels there, and it felt a bit more squishy. Unacceptable quality, barely usable - I was give a £20 refund. Gee, thanks.
Defendapacks main selling point is a comprehensive and easy to use website, but having contacted a competitor I've found they were able to provide the tubes I use, cut to my sizes, at lower cost, and better quality. They just dont have a fancy website. So I recommend shopping around.

I order the same products routinely. 200 x Music Max Twist Wraps.

My last order was significantly poorer quality, the cardboard does not hold it's shape and can be bent incredibly easily meaning it is now offering far less packing protection than before. This was the case for the entire 200 I ordered.

I sent a message to them via their online web form to find out if this is a permanent change or if I need to find another supplier now and I believe their silence in lack of reply speaks volumes. They have clearly reduced the quality of their product in order to improve their margins and not passed any savings onto the customer. They think so little of us that they can give us a worse product at the same price as we paid before.

Yet another UK company ripping their loyal customers off in order to improve their profit margins.

Had no issues until now but won't be using them any more.

Great global company that also serves local. I needed some boxes to preserve my vinyl LPs at home and found this company who turned out to be incredibly local to me - much to my surprise. So I ordered and self collected. I was greeted by friendly knowledgeable staff. Thank you - The boxes are awesome - the service was awesome, and for me - great to support a local business especially on such a specialist ask

Always a pleasure dealing with this local company. We use them or all our larger pallet collections/deliveries around the country as well as for vital packing materials. First class advice and help from Val and Adam at all times, nothing to much trouble!!!

I ordered a bunch of custom coloured card 'certificate' tubes with. They arrived very quickly but with the wrong end caps. One phone call and the new end caps arrived next day. But - they didn't fit. The tubes were not the size I ordered. Happy Adam was instantly offering replacements of the right size. They arrived this morning. All at no extra charge. Brilliant customer service and as Adam said 'you measure a company by how they rectify mistakes.' I feel rectified above and beyond the call of duty. Brilliant.

Excellent service from Defendapack. Order placed on Friday and also dispatched on Friday, delivered by DHL on Monday.

Great product . Woeful customer service - Short changed on a number of occasions not receiving amount ordered. Then when complained again told I was lying or my staff had used some without my knowledge. Unlikely as I'm a sole trader . 1 out of 5 .

What amazing customer service and quality of boxes. It was a joy to communicate with the guys in the office, not only did they ensure I was happy with my order they made me laugh too.
I would definitely recommend this company.

being an ebay vinyl seller i go through quite a few mailing boxes and i've found this company to be very reliable, deliveries are always made within 2 days of paying and the website is also very reliable and up to date..

I had really good experience with this company. I was looking for boxes ( for my prints ) and i had a lot of questions so when I called the company staff and customers service was really good and helpful. Also order came quicker then planned. Definitely recommended.
