I ordered over $50 of items from DeezBricks. He forgot one item, so I asked about the refund or replacement process. The owner accused me of theft instead. Do not do business with these people, very shady.

I ordered various items from Deez Bricks, and I will say most of the order was great. It even shipped out quick and arrived very timely. 2 of the items I ordered were NBA figures Steve Nash and Dirk Nowitzki. The Steve Nash figure was fantastic. The problem was that the Dirk figure was just a 2nd Steve Nash with a Dirk hair piece. Upon 1st glance when receiving the item, I saw the figures and didn’t notice anything wrong. I put them back in the bag and when came time to wrap them as a Christmas gift, I noticed that both figures had the same jersey number. Upon further inspection realized the heads were the same, only one had the Dirk hair piece.
I notified Dee of the mistake through the chat on his website, thinking he would either send out the correct figure or credit me the 8 dollars difference on a future order, which at the time I was most definitely planning on placing. His first response was to immediately tell me how they don’t make mistakes, and accuse me of being a thief. I was more than shocked at this. But remembering that he made a YouTube video gathering and shipping my order, as he does with a lot of his other orders, I went and pulled it up. I was able to pause and zoom in on the figure in his hand, and you could clearly see the Steve Nash with Dirk hair. So very respectfully and modestly, I uploaded the pictures to the chat, and suggested that he look back at the video to see for himself. I waited expecting an apology followed by a proposal to rectify. Neither is what he did. He simply deleted the video from YouTube. I just can’t believe he’d rather loose a customer forever over 8 dollars, than to be accountable for a simple mistake.
Placed an order for Christmas and one item was out of stock. They emailed me about the out of stock and I replied 2 hours later to refund me on the out of stock item. This was echoed in my follow up email.
The next day I sent a follow up email and they canceled the whole order. After several more emails I finally was told I was unclear whether I wanted a full or partial refund. Then I got another email stating again that this was my fault for not specifically saying I wanted the other items and that this person was “exhausted”. Never once an apology.
Terrible terrible terrible. I asked a simple question in chat and he is so arrogant and sarcastic. Do not patronize.
