Poor Quality Product and Forced to Pursue Legal Action
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Deeya Jewellery.
The bridal jewellery set I received was of a very poor standard and appeared unfinished. There were obvious quality issues that should have been identified before dispatch. As a customer purchasing bridal jewellery, I expected a professional, carefully inspected product, but what arrived fell far below a reasonable standard.
What concerns me most is that the item was dispatched despite these defects. Businesses have a responsibility to ensure products meet an acceptable quality standard before sending them to customers. In this case, that clearly did not happen.
I raised my concerns and attempted to resolve the matter directly, but unfortunately a satisfactory resolution was not reached. As a result, I have been left with no alternative but to pursue recovery of my losses through the Small Claims Court.
The entire experience has been stressful and disappointing, particularly given the significance of bridal jewellery and the trust customers place in a specialist supplier.
I would not recommend Deeya Jewellery based on my experience.
