Delivered on time
Appearance is awsome, camouflage then orange for nite fishing.
I have other sonars that cost thousands more and virtually do the same as the deeper #4. Deeper 4 is neat that you can put it in your pocket and use it whenever its needed without the fuss of cables mounting brackets.

Great product & support

New customer to Deeper, bought a Quest baitboat shortly before a trip and it was exceptional. It serviced 2 anglers over the course of a week mapping nearly half of the lakes area looking for scarce fish. Brilliant bit of kit. Merch sales were awesome also

Good support after delivery issue

After I had some logistic issues with the first being an empty delivery, I contacted them and they sent me again effortlessly the missing product. Very fast and great support.

Hubby got me a chirp +3 and cant connect to my phone. 3 fishermen have tried 1 has a deeper and they couldn't rubbish is an understatement

Defective equipment, no support for 2 weeks.

I have been having issues with my Deeper Max since I received it just over a month ago. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks since I contacted support. Thus far I have received a few emails suggesting everything from user error to equipment limitations that are contrary to the advertising, (this device was advertised as being more accurate in shallow waters, but apparently that's only when using the 42 degree beam or 7 degree beam). Ever try to map a shallow (7-8 feet) lake using a 7 degree beam? Support has not provided any remedy or actual support to resolve my issue for a defective product.
To make matters worse, it takes 3-5 BUSINESS days to get a reply for all emails to support.

That’s why we ask detailed questions during troubleshooting - defects related to depth detection are extremely rare and not always easy to diagnose remotely. In many cases, performance can be affected by environmental factors or usage conditions, and identifying and eliminating those takes a bit of time. Our standard response time is within 1-3 business days, and we are actively working to improve our response times.

Fast shipping, easy to use

Fast shipping and well-packaged. No issues getting it up and running. The 3D-mapping is the main thing I was interested in, and it works really well and is easy to read. No issues with connectivity to the app on my phone.

Additional undisclosed £500 customs charge

We have had a terrible experience when ordering from this company and I would strongly suggest that if you are ordering from the UK DO NOT DO IT!!Although shipping is advertised as free UPS 3-5 working day delivery,when UPS delivered item they handed us an invoice for over £500 for customs and import and refused to leave the item unless we paid it.Obviously having already paid £2050 for the boat we were ordering we were shocked to get this.We refused delivery and it is now on its way back to where it came from.We feel scammed as there is no mention of any additional fees and certainly not to the value of over £500.Do not allow the same to happen to you!

To clarify, Deeper always covers all customs duties and import taxes for UK orders, and customers should never be asked to pay additional fees upon delivery. In your case, this was caused by a human error on our logistics side, and we sincerely apologize for this mistake.
