    Deepbrain.io is an amazing company

    Deepbrain.io is an amazing company. The beginning of this journey into the AI world seemed daunting but the team at Deepbrain.io assured me they would provide information so that I feel confident every step of the way. I run a small online education business and their educator plan is affordable and the tutorials are fantastic. I would recommend this to anyone!

    I didn't get very far

    I didn't get very far. I produce one short piece with an avatar - and was still a long way from getting to grips with the software: how it worked and whether it met my needs - when Deepbrain started requiring a financial committment from me. It was too soon.

    Request to cancel my monthly subscription and refund payment.

    I requested my monthly subscription to be cancelled and my payment refunded and received no response. I need to pause my monthly subscription due to financial hardship. My request was sent in on the same date the payment was deducted from my account.

    Awesome!

    Awesome video with background audio mix and apt text content was generated in a jiffy by merely following the user text input. It was beyond my expectation indeed!.

    IMHO, still not good enough

    For me, the output didn't have enough realistic look, thus I chose not to use it.

    Service also failed for me with several screens, where some had no avatar in.

    Avatar variety INMHO is not sufficient.

    I created an account with them for few…

    I created an account with them for few content video then I got charged for $30 10 min of video I log out to refresh the site then when I logged in into the website it create a new page all my work were gone just because I log out into the website . Now I spent $30 box for nothing this is inadmissible ....

    I am very dissapointed
