I have been using DeepAI to prepare a training document. The app is fast and comprehensive. It follows instructions to the letter. I have no complaints or suggestions.

Hello,
I am writing to respectfully request that my account be reviewed regarding several AI video generations that did not perform correctly.
I created 14 video clips using your platform. Seven of the clips were generated successfully, while seven contained significant errors despite my prompts, spelling, and instructions being entered correctly.
When I contacted support, I was informed that AI technology is still in a learning and development stage. I understand that AI is evolving and that occasional errors can occur. However, that is precisely why I am requesting consideration.
I am not asking for a refund. I am simply asking for account credit so I can regenerate the clips that failed due to errors beyond my control.
As a paying customer, I believe this is a fair and reasonable request. If a product is still developing and does not consistently perform as intended, customers should be given a reasonable opportunity to obtain the results they paid for.
I have enjoyed using your platform and hope to continue doing so. I respectfully ask that you reconsider my request and provide a credit for the failed generations.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Respectfully,
Joseph Samuel Catalano III

I've always had a great experience with DeepAI, until I tried their Hollywood Image-to-Video feature. Even though it costs two dollars and fifty cents per generation, and I explicitly emphasized in several different ways that I absolutely did not want any camera movement in the video, it still included panning, tilting, or zooming. I was charged twice for a product I can't even use. I just wanted to share this so you know you can't rely one hundred percent on the final result.

Micropython code generated did not work. It did however show me syntax, so I was able to work out what was wrong with my original code.

The results are usually great but there are times when signs and numbers get that Ai scramble which renders my images useless if I cant repair. I only use SuperGenius

When the prompts take, the results are getting better. Sometimes they stick and doesn't change from one generation to the next, but still very impressive.

This is not usefully app. For imagine or videos you can use only few times. They Ask You to pay extra when you have even pro version! For the other function you can find easy free versions and you dont need to pay extra or you have the same situation. For me its not working. That's why I paied only one month not a year hopefully. Videos are łów quality. They are not natural.
