I was so lucky enough to find this company for the first time using the Deed Poll certificate. When I applied, I did have some doubts about whether it could solve my needs. At the time of application I found out It is very easy to fill out the form and I received the documents the next day. The service of this company is making me a great surprise. I will recommend this office to those who in needed.

With so many "deed poll" companies online, it's really difficult to know which ones are legit. I did a lot of research and read reviews and plumped for Deed Poll Office. What swayed me was also value for money. There are of course other legit companies out there, but their prices was really high.

I ordered the deed poll plus 5 "copies" and chose priority, next day delivery. These were indeed processed immediately and I received them the next day, which allowed me to start informing people.

I've had absolutely no issues using the Deed Poll to inform (so many!!) places of my change of surname and it has been accepted by everyone.

Fantastic, speedy service. I received my documents before they were due to be despatched! They also included a guide on how to execute your deed poll and how to apply for a passport in your new name. The ability to pay a little extra to enable you to order copy documents in the future is also a plus. I had got my fingers burned with a company offering a similar service but who took my money and failed to provide the documents, so I couldn't recommend deedpolloffice.com highly enough

Decided to change my Surname back to my maiden name, I was pleasantly surprised how easy and cheap it was to do this. I received my letter and certificate very quickly through the post. Would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to change their name. Very simple to do.

To be honest I wish I found them sooner. I used their service because the passport office wouldn’t approve my daughter’s name change without a deed poll. I was able to order it before their 3pm deadline and received it the next day. What I found especially helpful was that they sent templates for cover letters for different scenarios which helped me finally get the passport! Really affordable service and I can’t recommend them enough.

easy to use and navigate

Changed my sons surname to his dads, I was skeptical at first but the price compared to the gov website made me go for it. Papers arrived. All legit, was such a simple process. Just fill out the form online and pay, all done.

Only negative I have to say, and it’s minor, is that I wish they’d print the date the application was made, rather than get you to write the date you want, it would look better as when my name was changed (2002) it was printed and looks more “official” However other than that, that’s it. Such a minor difference and only flaw I can point out.

Very quick and efficient

After putting it off for years thinking the process was complicated and costly, myself my partner and our 2 young children (on our behalf) finally changed our names. The process couldn’t have been any simpler and so cheap compared to what we thought we would have to spend, and amazing discounts for more than one application. The whole process was a breeze and delivery was super quick. We applied on a Saturday, had confirmation everything had gone through by the following Wednesday and had our deed polls in our hands on the Friday. Couldn’t recommend this company more.
