The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because there’s no option for 0 zero star rating. I’ve transferred the money on 1st of August it’s now 16 days and the money has not reached the beneficiary. Everytime I contact the customer service they come up with these BEAUTIFUL excuses, we are facing technical issue from our partners WOW! We’re living in 21st century and DeeMoney can’t even fix a minor TECHNICAL ISSUE. Never using this sh!t service

They tricked me, and many others apparently.
I used their services every month. Last month I had more than 500k on the line. The transfer took more than 10 days. When I asked the reason, they blamed a "partner" in order not to take responsibility. I thought they were honest and that the problem came from the receiving bank.
Because of this lie, I didn't think anything was wrong and transferred again. Now it has been 15 days and the money has disappear. It is insane to me that they still accept people money and didn't get their licence banned yet.

Scammers! Avoid! They hedge your transfer and when the rate is bad for them they don’t transfer your funds. False marketing by lying 1 day transfers. Been two weeks now. Customer service lying about technical difficulties but my friends transfers for similar amounts to same banks in Europe have gone thru after constantly calling their customer service and threatening them.

Terrible company who lie about 'technical problems' with their partner overseas. As other's have stated, it seems clear that they use customer's money to hedge against exchange rates. Any complaints are met by a standard copy and paste. I am now ten days waiting for a supposed 1 day transfer. Avoid using this sorry excuse for a company at all costs and just pay the slightly higher fees to your Thai bank.

DeeMoney has the worst service I've ever experienced. I transferred money on August 31st, and it still hasn't reached the destination account. Their Line chat rarely responds, and when they do, they claim they haven't received any updates from their partner. Even my calls to them have been in vain.

One of the worst services by DeeMoney from last 3 months, they cheating with peoples. As per them it takes one working day but they not bother even after 4-5 days and we need to follow up every day. but every time their agent says they don't have any update & if we want cancel the transactions it takes again 7 working days to get back to money. it looks like scam from DeeMoney they are using people money.

DeeMoney fools customer, now they start cheating with the customer. They purposely wait for rate fluctuations and delays the transfer.They way they make money is by fetching profit from transfer rates. Their entire business model is non trustworthy be aware of their fake promises based on advertisement. Now I request all the suffered customer to lodge complaint to Bank of Thailand as they are registered to BOT.

I have been waiting for a money transfer since 29th July. Despite numerous follow-ups, the company has repeatedly cited technical issues and assured me that the transfer would be completed by 31st July. Today is 5th August, and I am still waiting for my money.
The lack of transparency and continuous delays are highly unprofessional. Every time I contact customer service, I receive the same vague responses without any concrete information or solutions. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and it has caused me significant inconvenience.
I strongly advise others to consider alternative options for money transfers. A company that cannot resolve issues in a timely manner or provide clear communication does not deserve your trust or business.

DeeMoney is constantly delaying transfers and when you call them to understand what went wrong, they just say it's a "technical issue" with our partner in the destination. It happened to me 3x already and each time more than 10 days to complete the transaction. I suspect they are using our cash to hedge exchange rates.... If you have another app or company to make transfer to Australia, please let me know.

This company used to be good but what they now offer is a masterclass in poor customer service and expectations management.
A recent transfer took a week when they advertise a next day service, meaning I was late making a subsequent payment to a third party. Customer service at first just said "we are investigating" then stopped responding. Even after the money was paid they didn't bother replying to inform me.
I see from other reviews that this is not an isolated incident. If they are suffering delays just tell people so then can send money in good time. Instead they continue to promise next day transfers and run promotions to encourage people to send large amounts with reduced fees.
Financial institutions rely on trust and they've lost mine.
Edit: This was originally a 2-star review but I've reduced it to 1-star because I'm upset by the company's copy & paste response asking me to contact the very teams that have been ignoring me. The time they are spending trying to save their reputation on review sites would be better spent actually communicating with their customers explaining what is happening and how they will fix it.
