Hello!
Thank you very much for taking the time and share this information. We truly appreciate your clarification — it helps us better track cases where our name is being misused.
Unfortunately, scammers often impersonate well-known companies to deceive users. They spoof email addresses and design messages to look like official notifications — for example, “your account has been closed,” “subscription suspended,” or “payment rejected.” This is known as email spoofing, where everything looks legitimate on the surface, but the company has nothing to do with it.
In most cases, these emails are sent from fake servers or compromised mailing systems, and the real company is not involved in any way. We never send messages like that and we take all possible steps to ensure our name is not misused. While it’s difficult to stop such schemes entirely, we respond quickly to reports and work with hosting providers and anti-spam services.
If you ever receive a suspicious email claiming to be from us, please do not click any links or enter any personal information. You can forward the message to us and we will investigate.
Once again, thank you for your feedback and understanding!
Best regards,
The DedixLab Team
