We ordered a dog coat when we tried it on our dog it fit her but the strap that holds it on doesn’t go round her I complained and asked if it could be replaced to be told that because we had put it on the dog it couldn’t be returned and that I should find a seamstress to alter the strap NOT Impressed!!

Ordered and delivered the next day and can't wait to start wearing them...WELL DONE TO A EXCELLENT COMPANY and all hand made in Italy..😊..

Great company, boots, wellies and dog coats are brilliant. Postage is a bit expensive, your better buying from the show's when they have a stall there.

This new style may well be better in terms of durability (I’ll let you know!) but the fit (for ladies), is awful! They are much shorter than the previous style (I’m only 5’2”!!) which makes them look very odd and they are too wide at the top! The silly webbing straps at the side are useless and very annoying. I wish I had sent them back but I desperately needed a new pair at short notice! Yes they are cheaper but, in looks, these remind me of a pair of Dunlop wellies with a neoprene lining!
I’ve had Dedito wellies before but not for about 3 years. I found this earlier version to be a really good fit and very comfortable. It’s a shame the whole style had to change to improve the wear.

This is an amalgamation of great experiences tbh. Apart from just doing what they say they will do (a recently lost art form these days), my most recent interaction was a minor issue, probably my own fault: a small clip that holds the strap on my boots vanished. On the off chance I completed a "contact us" form on the Dedito website, specifically stating this was not the end of the world and not a priority, but could they tell me how one would replace said clip. WITHIN HOURS, I received a polite reply stating that they would replace them asap, no questions, no interrogation, no "send pics or it didn't happen". That was Friday. Today, Monday, I received an envelope containing the clips and a hand-written note saying if I needed anything else, to let them know. This is how you do customer service (thank you Charis). Such a small issue, but the response made a world of difference.

Very comfortable when I've got them on only problem is they are tight fit compared to the last pair of dedito wellies so struggle with thick pair of socks

Wellies are of really poor quality (first pair lasted 1 year, second pair lasted 5 months only).
Such a shame as their boots are really good.
Getting a refund is like getting blood from a stone !

Having been recommended to these boots I ordered a size 11 which is my correct size and they do fit .My main problem is that i have a struggle to get them on .I can get my foot so far down but found great difficulty in getting my foot into the base .Once on they are comfortable but people with high insteps will struggle .I only hope they will give with wear
