Owner has been given many excuses on…

Owner has been given many excuses on social media about the closure (4-6 weeks/29th of march/ people in suits/ videographer available tomorrow), haven't proof at all if is there an actual refurbishment also blocking people that just ask for honesty. Completely unprepared for real business.

Terrible management

Gym’s space is great, too many equipments, but the staff is unfriendly, and the management is just horrible. The gym ( Huyton) is closed for refurbishing since November 2024 saying that would be for approximately 1 and a half month. and nothing. January has come and since then there’s been updates (through their stories on instagram), on dates for reopening and still nothing. Last update for reopening was on 29/03/24. I was expecting to reactivate my subscription on the 27/03 but there was no more news on the reopening, I thought it was strange as they like to make some publicity about it on social media, but there was nothing. At the last minute, they announced again, through social media that there was another delay, apologizing themselves for it, and they would give more updates with photos and videos of the refurbishing, but till today, there’s nothing. The way the management treats its customers is just disrespectful. They don’t update their customers correctly, no messages, no emails, only through their instagram page, which we, as customers have to follow their stories in order to get an update. I myself, only knew that they were going to refurb, when I went there to train, and the gym was closed. I had to see on their stories to find out about it. Many unhappy customers have already complaint about it but they locked the comment’s option.
