Yeah the gear is nice. But you'll get absolutely murdered with airway and customs bills that they fail to remotely warn you about.
Most other retailers from the EU will offer a warning during the checkout process. This usually serves as a genteel reminder to keep an eye on your order value or, quite simply, a reminder that these things exist.
Dedicated don't do any of this, preferring to hide this in the FAQs. Given the cost bracket of their product, this is deeply sinister - to say the least - as you're likely to get quite close to the customs limit with one item, let alone two or more.
In my experience anyway, most of its peers alert you to this as you're purchasing something, not afterwards. And to add insult to injury, their customer service refuses to email back or interact with you.
Not good enough, at all, from a so called friendly brand.

We have improved our communication for UK customers, including informing customers from the UK that orders above £135 are liable for VAT & Duty upon entry in checkout. We also deduct 20% would be tax on each item for orders above £135, since tax is paid upon entry. We will continue to work on our communication regarding this. /Dedicated Support

If you want a refund for an order, it will cost 30 Euros !
Very big SCAM. From 60 euros order I get refunded 25 euros.

Not to mention their great customer service!
They really put the customer first.

Beware on international orders
Nice shirts and fast delivery. Didn’t read the fine print so I know they’ll blant me and legally I probably am to blande, buy got a hefty import and duty tax in the mail. You need to include this information so the customer can read it when ordering outside of EU. Other brands manage to do this and most of the time it is included in the price. Will not buy again.
