fake and scam

A while ago, I needed to set up a Laravel project. I started searching Google for dedicated servers. dedicated-servers.org popped up.
I read about their offerings and realized it was right for me.
I created an account, selected a server, and paid.
The server appeared in the control panel with the status "Processing."
10 days have passed, and nothing has happened.
On the invoice page, I see "1 outstanding invoice," even though the money has already been debited.
I sent several emails and support tickets confirming payment. Absolutely no response. No support, no server, no money.
I think this is a scam.
