Very prompt delivery of goods. All were packed carefully and ensured nothing leaked from dog shampoos etc. Ownen contacted me to explain one item wasn’t available and refunded the cost straight away.... See more

Quick ordering

I ordered a gift for a friend who just had gotten a puppy. I ordered at 10am, and it was delivered to Cork the very next day. I love this and can't recommend them enough.

Fast, friendly service. I didn't have to use their customer support, so I can't say anything about that.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, amazing quality product. I could not recommend Decs Pets highly enough, spoke to Anna recently before putting in our most recent order and she was so friendly and helpful about the food for our puppy. Thank you so much

Fantastic service and great variety of dog food

Just got my delivery of Nodens dry dog food, my dog adores this food. Delivery was very fast, thanks Joe for throwing in the little extras , Lottie and Seamus love their little toys that was such a nice touch. Can't reccomend Decs Pets enough such a friendly family running the shop and packed with everything you could want for your pet. Great service 🫠

What can I say???

What can I say? Excellent service. With the arrival of a new pet and in need of some urgent supplies I ,for the first time, ordered online and had a prompt delivery with a smile. So nice to deal with people who are passionate about their business and the needs and welfare of our treasured pets. You deserve every star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Thank you.

Helpful staff

Everyone is so helpful and warm in the shop in person. Ordering online is so simple and efficient. You can tell this is a business that people really care about.

Fantastic,I always choose Dec’s Pets…

Fantastic,I always choose Dec’s Pets for gifts for friends dogs as I know the quality of the products is incredible and that I can have the items delivered easily without worrying if it will arrive or not. I purchased two of the latest Kong toys Dec’s Pets have started to stock and feedback from my friend was both is dogs love them 😊

Great service

Always try and support local or Irish businesses, Dec's pets were extremely promt with delivery, and even put in some extra free treats for my dog which is a lovely special touch. Would highly recommend. Great service
