I ordered multiple items from them. Everything arrived fine. It took about a month for an electrician to come over and install. We couldn't get one of the items to work and the electrician said it was bad.
I called and spoke to someone and they told me to email orders@decorprice with my name and address and a picture of the item. I did that. A few days went by and they asked me what was wrong with the item. I told them it doesn't work. I sent an email again asking what we could do about this issue. No response.
All good if you want to roll the dice and hope your items work. If they don't, too bad, so sad.

This is a big scam! I ordered a ceiling fan. They sent the wrong color. They are making it impossible to return it. I submitted "RMA" on their website. No response -- no shipping label -- nothing. I called. A man said I would receive info that day. Received nothing. I called again. Got the royal run-around from a very rude, irritated Indian man with a thick accent who had a bunch of kids running around yelling in the background. I could barely hear or understand him -- he started yelling at me that I wasn't following the process. I hung up on him. I guess I'm stuck with this expensive fan. Also, BEWARE the box on your "Edit Account Information Page" that says "Allow Remote Shopping Assistance!" That's how they get into your computer and then they can get into your passwords and other accounts! Don't check that box!
This company is a fraud
This company is a fraud. They sent me two mirrors which are completely smashed. They kept on asking for more pictures after I sent them two rounds of pictures. The point is just not to issue the refund. They cheated $1100 out of me. Do not buy from this company. It is a fraud.

I called to find out about shipping a product that I was interested in. Apparently the owner answered the phone and said he couldn't guarantee the delivery date that I wanted but that it might happen.
The price online for the fixture was $120 and change.
The owner said I could call back after talking w/ my contractor about a work date or I could order online.
Literally about 30 min later I went back to order the item and he had increased it to $172!
I then went to HOUZZ and saw multiple terrible reviews about his customer service. Make sure you see those before doing anything with this company. Beware!

Decorprice.com called and directed us to Hunter Fan (in CST).. Same experience... "Heavy call... etc") 30+ min on hold... No agent... Muffled/poor messages from call center. Meanwhile completed on-line Request for Return/Exchange (both Co.s)... Neither website [decorprice or Hunter] would accept online submittal. Forms never asked what action we wanted... We only want a functioning REPLACEMENT...!.
Took several phone calls, long wait times but in 2 weeks we had a replacement from Hunter.

Damaged Box and Light Sent...Return and Refund difficut
I ordered a Capis Shell Chandlier thru LightingSelection.com for $519.00. My card was charged by Decor Price. The box was damaged, and the light was damaged. I tried calling many times to get a RMA for a full refund since the box was damaged. When I finally got thru, I was told that I would receive replacement parts for the chandelier. I would have to repair the light myself. I explained I cannot do this, and I am not paying for someone to fix the damaged fixture pieces. I have had 10 attempts to call, with 2 actual live conversations. I did not receive a return label to send the light back. I was told I would have to pay for shipping and insurance on a damaged light. The box also could not have any writing on it by pen or marker. The box came with writing on it. Therefore, the RMA I received is void. This company is a scam.

After reading all the negative reviews here I was very hesitant, but their price was much lower so I decided to take the risk. Customer support for me was great, I checked once about availability and they answered immediately, and the next was about shipping which was also answered. The item (fan in my case) arrived in my house in 5 days (and that includes a weekend), and was exactly what I ordered. I would def. order again from this site.

When I was finally able to coordinate complicated installation with my electrician we opened the carton to find one white and one black - obviously unsatisfactory. It has been VERY difficult to communicate with them since they use an Indian call center which does not do as they say they will (like returning calls and sending ? emails into the ether (I never received them). I also did not get a shipping invoice so I do not have documentation other than a charge, but the manufacturer had a record of the shipment. I think this is a "garage" seller - someone who takes orders and passes them through to the manufacturer, taking little-to-no responsibility; NOT a brick and mortar store with a showroom, etc. You are at THEIR mercy. Fortunately they are not too far from me as the company is listed and I will pay them a
"visit" if necessary with my friend, the police chief.

I purchased a clock but was received broken. The store refused to accept my return without paying to ship the clock back and pay a restocking fee of 15%. The package was received in a box that mangled which I shared to show it must have been shipped broken. Nothing I did mattered. No one should be forced to pay for a $129 clock that is broken and unusable

I made a purchase, the lights were okay, just too big so I contacted them about a return. I sent them back at my cost (insanely expensive because of the size of the boxes and they refused to even allow me to pay them for a return label so I didn't have to pay crazy retail rates). Their policy says a credit will be issued 14-21 days after the items are returned. More than 30 days later I contacted them about the refund and got no response. A few days later I contacted them again threatening a chargeback and online complaints/reviews and they were quick to get back saying they were working on it and would update me by end of day. Several days later no response and still no refund. I finally did a chargeback with my credit card and now keeping my end of the promise to leave negative reviews everywhere I can.
Bad business! Terrible service! And they won't refund you if you have a return. DO NOT PURCHASE from these people!

We ordered island pendants on a Sunday night. Saved 150$ on this website. Then we saw the reviews. We were worried. Our lights arrived Friday afternoon. They are the exact lights that we wanted & are in good shape. We had a great experience with this website. Would buy again.

I also have had a negative experience with decorprice. Ordered a windmill fan on 11/8/2020. My item did not ship until 12/9. I was given a couple different dates for ship time after emails and phonecalls (they do not respond promptly to emails). After my shipping fiasco, the box arrived damaged. Unfortunately, I had tobreturn item and simply asked for them to cover shipping costs as I did have a bad shipping experience and a damaged box. Roger won't help me out or accommodate me in any way. Not even an apology. Very arrogant way to run a business. Lost a customer over measly shipping fees.
False advertising sold me a product that is not the same as what I bought and won’t let me return it
Don’t trust this company they sent me a product with a completely different finish than what’s on their website. What they sent me has a cheap painted finish with tiny yellow cheetah spots as the finish. Who wants a light like that. It is so ugly I would never put this in any house. They would not pay for me to return it I did not receive it until late at night 10/27 and I tried to go to return it 11/25 but Saul their return instructions conveniently expired 14 days after they sent me the instructions. I asked for new instructions and now today they are telling me I cannot return it. I ordered a windmill ceiling fan with a light kit and matching down rod from Decor Price 3/19/2020.
I hired an electrician to put up the fan; unfortunately it wasn’t noticed until the light fixture portion was unboxed but it was broken. I phoned Roger at Decor Price. After I sent him pictures of the broken pieces, he promised another light fixture would be sent to me. After several more phone calls and emails, I was told by Max that I needed to box up the entire fan and light fixture and send it back. I had to pay my electrician to come and take down the fan. Six weeks later I received a new box with the ceiling fan, and light fixture.... but No down rod. I again had to make phone calls, waiting on hold, talking to Max, who always promised to take care of getting the down rod sent to me. Another month went by and my electrician fabricated a down rod and finally completed the installation. I nearly paid him what I paid for the fixture.... so frustrating.
It’s now 11/17/2020... Nine months later I’m still asking Max to be reimbursed for a galvanized down rod that I paid Decor Price for but Never received.
The staff at Decor Price don’t care about their customers.... once they have your money... they will leave you waiting on the phone, and unanswered emails.
