Items came just as described! I love my self defense keychain, I’m comfortable walking alone and the quality of the products are very nice. Had some shipping issues as customs was being difficult but the owner was very communicative and helpful and I did eventually get my package. Loved it so much I got two sets in different colors:)

I love that the owner is very great at communicating quickly! I love my self defense kit so much I got it in my favorite color 🩷. I also bought my close friend one in her favorite color as well 💚.

Good quality self defense keychain, was very helpful in choosing what i wanted to get and gave me updates on my order. Needed 2 resent for being damaged and they did it pretty quick. Highly recommend very nice and quick on answering questions and very detailed.

Updating my previous review because I was finally issued a refund. The owner kept bugging the shipping company for me to make sure they sent me the refund. I was concerned about not receiving my refund due to the issue I had with shipping where two addresses were used on the same shipping label.

It unfortunately makes me not want to order from wed2c again. I appreciate the owner being so helpful and understanding. I was incredibly frustrated, but I did get my refund as promised.

I needed to cancel my order and had an issue. Spoke to customer service and they were so helpful and patient. My order was cancelled and my refund went through immediately. I will recommend their website to all my friends!

I ordered my keychain in November. It’s now middle of February and never got it. We also did have a Canada post strike for a good while. It showed delivered but it wasn’t. I messaged them right away and they were so understanding and apologetic. They responded to me so fast, and guided me through the entire process. I felt like they held my hand the entire time till I got my refund. They were so sweet and so caring. Best service by far. Sucks I never got it but the service was so amazing I didn’t care anymore.

Even though it took a while and I blame the shipping company, the owner was so responsive and she was with me every step of the way and continued communicating with me during the whole thing!

I gotten my keychain on time , it was in good condition you guys should check them out I will most definitely shop again and I appreciate you guys a lot

I never received my order and I never received a refund. The company requested a delivery receipt to prove I received the order, but I didn't receive the order so I didn't have a delivery receipt. Do not use this company.

I really like the keychain. It is exactly like it shows.
