Deceived Experience

waste your time with this shit unprofessional .

on the site , it's notice about some services ( websites) is unavailable until ID verification .

but after I pay 4$ for testing , they block my account and asked for ID . Why I need to stand up from my bed I find that ID ? .

I have used 4-5 other proxy services and never seen this situation , make my mood very low and feel being scammed , deceived .

support from live chat is non sense , they didnt answer why they didnt notice that ID verification is mandatory , maybe if those phrase show before people pay , it will affect their revenue .

the supporters just answer like a robot with some prepared phrases.

they keep talking shit about KYC but the MOST IMPORTANT THINGS they don't want to answer is

WHY PEOPLE have to wait for their service after pay and don't be noticed before payments ?

Paid for a 1-Month Product, Lost Days Due to ID Verification

I purchased a 1-month product, but they require ID verification before I can use it. The verification process takes 2-3 days, and during this time, I cannot use what I paid for. This means my 30-day product will only last 27-28 days.

There’s no compensation or adjustment for the days lost, which feels unfair. If you advertise a 1-month product, customers should either be able to use it immediately or get those lost days added back after verification.

Very disappointing experience.

They are the best option from market and at least until now, I strongly recommend. It is not about a "nice to have" you must have it in your automation.

They're excellent

Decodo has been an outstanding proxy provider—easily the best I’ve used.

KICKED OFF OF IG

Their static residential proxy just got me permanently kicked off of Instagram!!!! They sold me a proxy with a VERY bad reputation and it caused permanent damage. DECODO is very dangerous. Please beware and check the IP reputation before you use it

While custom plans like 2TB are not available, our existing options are designed to provide scalability and value.

I didn't give 5 stars cuz the password for proxy got an special char, and that one can be tricky for my applications, so I've rolled the password until I've got one with underscore and worked fine.

This experience is bit annoying, but Albert, the chat help guy, was quick and sugested to roll the password.

Decodo Took money and asked me to verify

I recently signed up on decodo, I registered and funded my account. After 2 days which is today, I I purchased a pay as you go service, to my greatest surprised my account was locked for me to do a KYC with compliance team. Mind you my account wasn't flagged when there was no money or there was nothing to say from the beginning when signing up that I would do a KYC. I got mad that this is a daylight robbery scam, they want my picture and my photo id and saying it is for security reasons.

When offering such services, you must put your terms and conditions especially this KYC thing to verify your account before you fund not take my money and then tell me to verify to use your services. I requested a refund and they saying it is the decision of Compliance team. Please do not bother to use this platform because it is just disheartening and it almost looks like a scam. If I get my refund then they won't be scammers but if they come up with stories then they are for sure.
