Scam site, no responses and never delivered purchased items

Made purchase on 11/22, no shipping details ever shared. Have reached out to company 4 times with no response. Will be disputing charge through my credit card company (12/20).

Shocking company placed an order on the 27th of November and no correspondence from the company!! I have reached out on social media and emails but get no responses! I have had to go through the bank to get a refund on the order! Avoide at all costs awful company

Placed an order in September 22 for a product in stock. Notes for customization prior to purchase went unanswered. Placed an order regardless. Today is October 15 - all questions around shipment remain unanswered. Clearly a sham company that takes orders but doesn’t fulfill.

Waited for 3 weeks, altough I ordered a product which was available, according to the web page.
Didn‘t receive an invoice. Two e-mails and a message on instagram asking for the invoice weren’t answered until today. Super unserious!

Awful company. Don’t order from them. I ordered three items. Only two turned up. Absolutely no response to any emails sent or messages left on social media. Customer service is nonexistent. Don’t believe them when they say they’ve sorted issues out. They haven’t. I’d give zero stars if I could. You’ll waste your money if you order from them

I ordered the star wars custom dual decks, and they arrived and are really good quality. I was a bit concerned because after ordering, I read the reviews. But they've arrived and look great.

I had emailed Deckorate and they said they had previous issues with delivery but it's now been resolved. So I can confirm, great product, took about a week to arrive.

If you're unsure because of the reviews, you should be fine as I've spoken to them, and my order arrived.

Absolute scam. Item ordered, no complete attempt at delivery so item returned to sender. No refund made and no response from them after emailing.

I ordered 3 months ago but my order still doesn’t arrived and they not answering for my emails

Ordered a light over a month ago and never received it. Customer service says it was delivered and the post office says it was not. They are a scam. PayPal denied my claim and sided with company. Sad.

Total Scam!!! Ordered a month ago and have heard nothing back despite multiple attempts to get hold of them! My son is gutted. So devastated.

Should be zero stars. I purchased 3 sheep toilet paper holders. They are made of flimsy plastic and would never hold a roll of paper. The legs are supposed to fit into the base… these legs just fall off. The head of the sheep is supposed to fit into the roll…it is too small! I wrote an email explaining all of this and sent photos as they requested. I received a response that said:

“We have verified that there is no quality problem with your product.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.”

I wasted $38.06 on a bunch of small and flimsy plastic parts. The name on the account I paid is COOLLSLLYs Co.Ltd.

100% a scam. I ordered one of their boards without checking reviews first. Over a month later no confirmation of the order. You can not contact customer support. Gone through PayPal for a refund.

Take your money then doesn’t send out goods. Check reviews! Scam!

Absolutely rubbish service, have emailed and messaged them on numerous social media’s to receive no response and looks like others have had the same issue too! Ordered this last month to give as a christmas present to someone and no updates on the tracking etc at all. They claim 3-5 working days for posting, more like 3-5 weeks!! Make sure to do your research before buying from these guys, absolute shambles of a company.

If you're expecting something that's equal to skateboard manufacturing prints, shop elsewhere. Poor quality prints that were already peeling on delivery.
Colours are not as vivid as shown on their website and the print resolution is terrible. You can see the printer dots. My home printer is better!
I'm not sure what its printed on but its certainly not vehicle quality vinyl! It looks like thick paper thats stuck onto the deck.

No response to my emails.

Already ordered 9 decks. 6 custom one’s. Verry nice they let you do your own input on the design. Before they print it on the decks you can still make same changes so you are 100% happy with your deck.
Verry cool wall art for your man cave.

I had a great experience with deckorate. I wanted to ask questions before ordering and they were promptly answered via Instagram. My order shipped quickly (I even made a slight modification). The shipping time to the US was very reasonable. Quality of the boards and print is great and they look awesome on my wall.

I ordered a board around Christmas time in 2022, now it’s April in 2023 and I have contacted deckorate 15+ times since the order. I am yet to receive a single communication from them, this is an absolute disgrace and should encourage anyone who is considering this company for anything. It is a complete scam and a shambles.

This is SCAM.. I ordered on 14 April 2022 until now there is no communication email or confirmation.. I did Dm on IG but there is no respond at all.. 197.94 EUR now gone..
