Extrem schlechter Kundenservice!

Extrem schlechter Kundenservice!
Ich habe im November 2022 eine Schallplatten-Sammelbox einer Special-Edtion bei Decca über den Onlineshop bestellt und per PayPal bezahlt. Die Auslieferung wurde für den Jun 2022 angekündigt. Ab September 2023 habe ich regelmäßig via Chat nachgefragt wann die Lieferung erfolgt und nie eine konkrete Antwort erhalten. Im Dezember 2023 habe ich die Bestellung storniert. Darüber habe ich auch eine Bestätigung erhalten. Seit Dezember 2023 warte ich auf die Rückerstattung des Betrages. Ich kann Das Unternehmen nur per Chat erreichen und erhalte jedes mal die Auskunft das es Probleme mit dem Zahlungsanbieter gibt. Man wird einfach hingehalten und bekommt keine verbindliche Auskunft. Ich habe sogar ein Einschreiben an Decca geschickt- und auch hier keine Antwort erhalten!
