Shipping was tracked well and at no point was I worried about being scammed, the shoes are as they are marketed but I’d recommend getting a half size up as they are a little small, not terrible but noticeable and one of the insoles are a bit big, but besides from that I’m very happy

I had pretty high hopes before ordering, and I’m glad to say those hopes were met. The product feels premium, the materials used are strong, and the design is sleek. I wish I had reviewed this company before placing an order. Order was placed 28/2 and a day later I received a tracking code. Since then nothing. When I emailed on 12/3 I was told the item had been out of stock but was now back and the order would be processed in 2-3 days. Fast forward 7 days and nothing so emailed again to be told that it’s in the queue with the fulfilment team and I can’t cancel, and they will get to it when they get to it. It feels like at this point they now just have standard delaying responses.

Very happy with how the product performs, it really does the job. The delivery came earlier than promised which was a nice surprise, and overall it exceeded my expectations. Will consider buying again definitely..

I ordered a pair of pants and was sent 2 sizes too small. Asked for a refund but told I have to pay shipping back to China after their stuff up!
They will not assist or let me speak with a manager and overall customer service is horrendous! Company is a scam

I ordered a pair of shoes, a longsleeve, and a hat on February 17th. The website says it ships to Europe within 7-9 business days. Today is March 10th, and the package is still in China (even though they say their brand is English). Customer service is completely passive, they say to wait... DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM, REPORT THEM AS A SCAM. I'M WAITING FOR THE SITE TO BE CLOSED.
