Great selection and timely shipping
DecantX has an impressive variety of fragrances to choose from. My order was processed and shipped on time, arriving in just a couple of days. The service is reliable, and the overall experience was very smooth. I’m happy with my purchase.

Thank you for the lovely review Veronika! We figure choosing which fragrances to try is already enough of a challenge, so the ordering and shipping part should be easy! We're really glad everything went smoothly and your samples made it to you so quickly. Thanks again for giving us a try, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you again soon!

Thanks for the review! We’re glad we could make the process easy from beginning to end. We’ll handle the shipping, you handle the smelling and the compliments.
Couldn't differentiate Atomizers
I bought two fragances with premium Atomizer with the same collor and when I got it I couldn't differentiate what is what - and they were really similar! Which made me guess what is the perfume I bought. That was really frustrating.

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review—we really appreciate your feedback.
Just to clarify, our premium atomizers are labeled, but the label is located on the inner perfume vial rather than the outer case, which isn't always obvious at first. To view it:
1. Hold the top and bottom of the atomizer.
2. Gently twist both sides in opposite directions (there's no need to force it).
3. The inner perfume vial will rise or pop out slightly.
4. Carefully pull out the vial—the fragrance name is printed directly on it.
5. To reassemble, place the vial back into the case and twist gently in the opposite direction.
We understand this can be confusing, and your feedback has been helpful. We're currently working on including an instruction card with a QR code linking to a short tutorial so customers can easily find the label and use the atomizer with confidence.
Thanks again for bringing this to our attention!

Thanks for the review! We’re glad your order got to you quickly and that the labeling was clear. Nobody wants to be standing there with six little bottles wondering which one they just sprayed. Glad we could make the experience nice and easy!

DecantX is my go-to as someone new to the scent game!
DecantX has always been reliable for me. Someone who is heavily into scents and fragrances recommended DecantX to me as a complete newbie to it. I've gotten 6 products from them so far in their customer atomizers and brought them with me on vacations. The quality is great and scents, of course, smell amazing. As a young man, I really appreciate this company for existing to allow me to try out different scents at an affordable price. Will be the only place I shop for colognes and scents.

We love seeing these kinds of reviews. You came in as a complete fragrance newbie, tried a few scents, and now you’re six deep and packing fragrances for vacation. We may have created a monster.
It genuinely means a lot to know that we’ve become your go-to for discovering new scents. There’s a whole world of fragrance out there, and we’re just happy to help you explore it one scent at a time. Thanks for giving us a shot and for sticking with us!
Wow- DecantX is great!
Wow! DecantX is fabulous. It’s easy to find what you want on the site, prices are great, and it’s an excellent way to try fragrances or even just buy something special in a smaller size.
My order came very quickly, was packaged well, and the decants were all clearly labeled and taped carefully so they wouldn’t leak. Even the small ones have sprayers so you can use them easily.
I will be back for sure. A+ experience here.

Really great for when you just want to try a scent
It was easy to order and reasonably priced considering how much the main bottles cost. I found one I love and one I can probably live without. Super glad I got to try them this way, first.

We love hearing this! That’s exactly why we offer decants. Our CEO likes to say, “Date your perfumes before marrying them.” 😊
We’re glad you got to try both fragrances first and saved yourself from buying a full bottle of one that you decided you could live without.
Thanks for giving us a try!

Top notch site AND customer service!!
I’ve ordered from DecantX twice total. My first order had no issues! And I found my perfect winter scent because of it.
My second order, had an atomizer that wasn’t working properly. I sent in video proof, and the entire time I was treated respectfully and kindly! I got another atomizer on the way due to the issue!
I’ll be recommending DecantX to all my friends!
