Love the fragrance sampling, love the customer service!
There was a slight mix up in my order. I called customer service and happened to reach Drew, the owner of Decant House. He was so very pleasant and listened and acted immediately to tell me that he would re-send the order out that day. I love being able to try small amounts of a fragrance and then be able to order larger amounts when I select a favorite. I have already purchased a Christmas gift from them and I will definitely be ordering from Decant House again !

Packing is extremely well done. The atomizers actually are premium too. They don't leak and they spray better than most designer bottles you see. The only time I stray from this site is if they don't have the sample I'm looking for.
