All our samples are filled using bottles purchased directly from an authorized distributor or the brand itself.
Claims of short longevity or "not exact" smell stem from the well-known reality of fragrance: it's one of the most subjective categories in personal care. Reformulations, skin type, chemistry, climate, and even how/when it's applied dictate how it behaves—no two experiences are identical.
As for the price, this is also subjective as well. Not liking the fragrance can have an influence on perceived value. Our pricing is very competitive if you check around.
Since you are unhappy with your purchase, we have provided a refund for your order. Sorry we were not a good fit. Perhaps one of our awesome competitors will be more suited to your needs.
