I was nervous about contacting a debt agency but would have done it much sooner had I known how easy the process was to put forward a request for an IVA.

The debt officer who was allocated my application was just amazing and made me feel totally at ease, he even found debts that could be processed within my IVA that I thought there was no point even mentioning as I thought they wouldn’t be processed.

The whole experience has been so smooth. I get regular updates as to the progress of my application.

Would recommend this service to anyone struggling to see a way out ...

From our first welcome phone call we were assigned to David, so glad we were. His calm, non judgemental approach was very reassuring and we knew then we had made the correct decision. David advised an IVA which suited our circumstances and from this moment on he took over all the process and contact with the creditors. His regular updates and feedback were reassuring as we were kept informed every every step of the way.
