Ordered 2 small posters and frames. Really good service and very nice posters, however, one frame was very cheap and nasty, just a flimsy cardboard back with a photo hanger stuck so tightly to it, it was not possible to hang it without damaging the cardboard. The other frame was quite nice and at least had a stand so it could be used on a shelf. So disappointed, not a good first experience of shopping with Dear Sam

Really happy with the posters I bought! Amazing prints and really good quality with low prizes. I bought six prints and I love every one! The shipping were really fast as well. Will definitely buy some more!

Second purchase - better experience
This is my second time buying from DearSam. The previous purchase was not all satisfying, but the customer service immediately try to fix it and ensure the customers receive the best support.
Product wise, I had problem mostly with the sharpness of large size posters, but they promise that they are working on it. I like their poster selections and couldn’t find better replacements at other stores. If you are thinking to get one of large size posters, give it a try. They are quite fair if you don’t find it satisfying and wanting to return it.
I like their metal frame and small wooden frame. The metal frame especially, they are light and sleek.

Very good customer service
I ordered 4 posters but the quality for larger size 50x70 is not good, blurry and different tone than on the website. Sent them email to do retur for 3 posters, and got fast response, they adjusted the invoice but surprisingly ask me to keep the rest of the posters to avoid more traffic in post distribution. So I’d have to say, product quality might not be the super best, but they got A+ for customer service. Fast response, fast delivery, also a very professional customer service.
