I ordered a snow jacket for my dog. I followed their instructions exactly. It was huge. They advised me to send it back usps and they would replace it with a smaller size. I did exactly that. When I never received the replacement, they argued that I had not sent the USPS tracking receipt, and even though they had the order number and all the other information, they refused to replace it without it. I explained that I had been in two blizzards during the past two weeks without power, and couldn't locate the receipt, which they had never asked for. They did, however, have the receipt for the order; just not the mail receipt.

I ordered a hat to my dog for christmas and it's still doesn't arrived. It was 12 weeks ago exactly.
I am so disappointed because the costumer service is very kind but they gave me only promises -like they have to speak with the HQ first and they check the delivery company I have to be patient.
Still waiting the answer -in email they told me I will get the answer within 2 days.. again that was 4 days ago.
I'm tracking my package and the courier still didn't pick up my package in China. (This is the last information about the package since 30th of December)

I would say do not buy anything from here!
