BEAWARE SCAMMERS
I did a free trial with this company, they charged my bank card, then refunded the same amount on the same day, on Stripe, However they then tried to take £719.86 from my account despite me informing them and they confirming my cancellation, then threating me that not paying will affect my credit rating and legal action, which is total Crap, I think THEY ARE REAL SCAMMERS BEAWARE DO NOT USE THEM.

Potential Free Trial Trap
The response by dealsourcr to my feedback 12/12/25 appears to be an automated and standardised discreditation type response.
I took part on a 2 day property training event 10&11/12/25. On 11/12/25 upon encouragement by the trainer to try the 7 day free trial i did so as part of the training. On the same day of 11/12/25 and before the training finished I attempted to cancel the free trial, thought I did so, but was uncertain, and sought confirmation by email from Dealsourcr. I also emailed the trainer who confirmed I had done the correct thing. On 12/12/25 after a loop of automated responses from dealsourcr I was unable to confirm the free trial cancellation. THUS I FEEL TRAPPED. My free trial ends on 17/12/25 and I request Dealsourcr to immefiately remove me from your free trial please.i want out of the free trial manyvdays ahead ofcthe 7 day deadline, in fact from the same day I looked atvit as part of a training event.
This is very poor customer service all round. Also Extremely sad I was obliged to feedback in trust pilot to exit your free trial - please can you do that immediately without any further delay.

It is invaluable for a deal sourcer. It enables sourcing for a wide variety of investment strategies and allows you to filter in a really easy way. I have found it invaluable, particularly when inputting the Right move link and it provides information on comparable rent and house prices. I also appreciate the easily accessible stats about the postcode area i.e. appreciation etc. Where it needs some work is when you you input specific addresses, the comparables that it returns in this case is not always accurate. Sometime is returns comparables for 5 bedrooms for an address that is a 3 bedroom house.
