So easy working with Oreahna at Dealsaway..our first trip to London and Paris and we didn't need to worry about a thing! Everything was paid for before leaving which was a big bonus and it helped to have organised activities!

Very happy with the efficient and personal service provided by Ellyse when booking our getaway to NZ.

We were one of the many who lost all their money for a trip to Sri Lanka/Maldives paid to AVG Travels, which became insolvent only 3 weeks after accepting our full payment. DealsAway offered a 20% discount on a similar holiday to Sri Lanka, and since all our plans had been made, at least gave us something to look forward to. Keeley has been very responsive and helpful in supplying the confirmed itinerary and answering any queries we have had. Although (all up) it has become a very expensive holiday, we are very much looking forward to our visit to Sri Lanka but so far, very good. We even have our own private transfers and guide! We have been dealing with 2 companies for our European trip. Ellyse from Deals Away has been far superior than the other company. Because her communication has been first class, she always goes the extra mile to ensure things get done. Was able to organise extra things like airport transfers without a worry. It always felt like I was sitting in the office with her because she was so efficient. The whole booking process was so easy. Ellyse took all the worry away.

Brilliant experience so far with the actual holiday starts tomorrow all thanks to Ellyse who has been absolutely wonderful. Nothing has been out of the question even with our slight alterations to the itenary.

Was a really nice touch sending an Aperol Spritz 4 pack in lieu of our Holiday being on the Amalfi Coast. Great touch. Looking forward to the Holiday, tell you more when we get back.

It has been a fantastic experience dealing with Ellyse from our first email. Her professional and willingness to help made it an absolute pleasure to work with her.
Nothing seems too hard for Ellyse whether it was organising additional accommodation to internal flights. The whole process has been enjoyable from start to finish.

April to 10 May, 2026.
Calgary – our departure time by bus according to Service Provider Brewster Sightseeing indicated we were being picked up at 2.00 pm when in fact, Deals Away time was 12.30 pm.We allowed an extra night in Vancouver for this reason, so we were not delayed.
Banff – Royal Canadian Lodge was nice but a bit out of town – ok to walk as fine days but if it had been raining/snowing we would have been a little stuck.
Check in time is very late at 4pm. We were advised to contact supplier to confirm pick up for transfer to Lake Louise – phone number on itinerary was incorrect on documents – 2 different phone numbers. So, we waited hoping to be picked up!
Lake Louise – this was seamless although again, having had to wait until 4pm to check in. Fairmont hotel was very nice!
Rocky Mountaineer – this was a great rain trip although 2 days is too long. On both nights were did not arrive in Kamloops/Vancouver until 11 pm. Check in at Kamloops was seamless however Sheraton Vancouer was substandard. There were about 300 people checking in at the same time. After 2 long days it was inconvenient.
Again, we had to confirm our arrangements, and the phone number was incorrect.
Vancouver – Again, we had to confirm Hop On Hop Off bus which we were not successful so just showed up.
Victoria Day Trip – again had to confirm which we were not able to (no answer or call back from number supplied) so we just showed up. There was a pickup at Sheraton, but our itinerary indicated another hotel. Hence, we had to find hotel and wait. Not very clear instructions.
Some passengers received phone call from Pacific Coach Travel Services to confirm but we did not. After picking up the tour it was well organised, and the Seaplane experience was fantastic.
Celebrity Cruise – Fabulous newly furbished ship, very well organised and a pleasant stay.
Overall, we enjoyed our holiday but on other packages with other companies we did not have to confirm along the way which was not ideal and inconvenient. We would have liked our itinerary and confirmation of hotels issued more than 1 week before. Most queries we had prior to tour were handled satisfactorily.
We understand Visa advice is not your field of expertise, but when we received itinerary there was a link as to process. This would have been beneficial when having enquired at Deals Away.

Oreahna has been so helpful throughout the booking process. Made the process so easy and explained all my questions. I can't wait for our trip.

From the start of my trip planning I found each staff member I dealt with friendly and helpful in answering my questions. I am extremely happy with the content of my trip and also the price. As a single traveller this can be problematic but this was not an issue when planning this trip.

We had the trip of a lifetime! The only thing is if I was asked an opinion I would say try to have a second day in most places just to be able to really see things , we did our best , we have some amazing photos but places like Interlaken we didn’t get to have a look at this gorgeous town at all as that was where we did the trip io top of Europe so such a pity , we weren’t prepared for a few things as the paperwork & itiniary came through so late that I didn’t get the time to read it through until we were actually doing it .
I am pleased we upgraded our rail tickets it made for very comfortable trips, we left the accomodation & on the whole it was nice , there was 1 that was a bit iffy but a good bed so it was ok !

Queries are dealt with in a timely manner. Staff are very professional in dealing with issues which I presume they were not aware of changes made by their provider.
