I would not recommend.

I would not recommend Dealonomy. I reached out multiple times regarding a business they had listed, but either received no response or experienced long delays. When they did reply, the communication lacked clarity, there was no follow-up, and they failed to send the NDA they had promised. Overall, the process felt disorganized and unprofessional. If you value timely communication and transparency, you’re better off working with a broker who actively engages with potential buyers.

My experience with Dealonomy has been bad…

My experience with Dealonomy has been extremely frustrating from start to finish. The entire process moves at an unreasonably slow pace, with long gaps between responses and little to no proactive communication.

Customer support has been particularly disappointing. It’s been difficult to get clear answers, and follow-ups often take far longer than expected. There’s a noticeable lack of urgency, which is especially concerning when businesses are relying on timely updates and support.

The underwriting process has been equally inefficient. Documents are repeatedly requested—often unrelated to the original inquiry—which only creates unnecessary delays and confusion. Instead of moving things forward, it feels like the process is constantly being reset.

Overall, the experience has felt disorganized and drawn out, with very little consideration for the client’s time or needs. I would strongly recommend proceeding with caution and setting clear expectations upfront before engaging with Dealonomy.
