They were clear and transparent during all the time and were very helpful and gentil on the communication!

Worst company to deal with, do not deal with them. Hidden costs galore, and they do not assist with any queries. It's an it-is-what-it-is situation with them - it was like dealing with a robot.

Rather use a different company.

Update: one of my pain points with the company turned out to be my fault, not dealerleasing.nl hence the change from 1 star to 3.

i first rented a car in October 2022, for jsut one month, Christy has been such a friendly , patient and helpful person, I had very good experience back to then. And in Feburary, I need another car and a van, she really doing her best try to arrange everything to meet my requirment in terms of delivery time, car model etc. I m sure every customer who has had contact with her, would definaly appreciate her top quality service and come back to her as long as there is need of rental car.

So far, I had a great experience with Dealerleasing. Everything was done quickly, every question was answered. The car was delivered clean, and on schedule. Christy is polite and a super helpful advisor.

I was looking for a lease car for a few months. Searched online and came across so many options but DealerLeasing stood out to me with most options and competitive prices. Used the online form and immediately got assigned a Lease Advisor, Mitchel, who gave me a call to understand my requirements and I actually concluded the car and paperwork in just 2 working days. I really liked the personalized touch where I could quickly connect with Mitchel over whatsapp and phone who literally replied to my messages within minutes. The documentation process was smooth and online and I setup a pickup date of my choice. Experience around pickup was also good. The car was professionally cleaned and almost like brand new with all accessories and safety equipment in place. Inspected the car and the Inspector documented my few observations and logged it in an online report which we both signed and I was off. What I appreciate the most is the response time not just from my advisor but all the different teams who so far have always replied back to my emails on the same day. As an expat in the Netherlands, I’m extremely satisfied with the car and overall quality of service and looking forward to similar experience upon returning the car.
