Excellent from start to finish. From first ringing to book someone to come and measure to then been given a date and time was super fast. Dan come and fitted my new blinds, very tidy and professional. This is the second time I've used deal direct blinds and I wouldn't ever go anywhere else.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used this company and can’t fault them. Their communication is second to none and all the staff go above and beyond . Dan fitted my blind and I received a text letting me know what time he’d arrive and he was spot on. Had an early 8am call as needed to go to work and he was in, done and dusted within 20 mins . Paul came today to fit our new blind, he was great and even let our 2 year old join in and “help him” with the fitting.
We previously had some fitted from Deal Direct but found they weren’t going up and down very well, I mentioned this to Paul and he took a look, he was able to fix them while he was here as he was very knowledgeable which saved sending them back to be looked at.
Paul was very professional and friendly when he came to us and I would highly recommend him and Deal Direct to anyone needing blinds.

Peter, with his enjoyable sense of humour, took care of the measuring and price quote. Not only did he offer us an excellent price, but he also provided frank and helpful advice that was perfectly suited to our budget.

The process concluded with Dan, who completed the fitting quickly and efficiently. He made sure to tidy up after himself and did a spotless job, leaving everything pristine. I originally discovered this company here on Trustpilot, and now, coming full circle, I’m delighted to leave my own review. What a good experience from making the appointment to installation. Polite, approachable and dare I say it pocket friendly. Cannot rate them highly enough!!

The service we received was excellent from start to finish. The salesman was really helpful with all the measuring and all the advice on which blinds were best for us.
Delivery time was very quick and the fitter paul was extremely friendly and helpful fitting all 13 blinds very professional. He left every room clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend this company.

Made a call on Saturday to report a fault with the electric awning, and an engineer came out on Tuesday morning. Paul diagnosed the fault within 5 mins and replaced the batteries in the sensor. Excellent response and issue resolved.

Paul, Jason and Rob were spot on, unfortunately didn’t have any fruit shoots for Jason. Overall great service, friendly and very pleased with shutters and blinds.

Rob did an excellent job of fitting my shutters. I'm really pleased with how they look. I even had a text message from a neighbour, complimenting them before he'd even finished the job 😊 Lovely, polite guy who explained everything & even tidied up after himself! Good job, well done!

Fast friendly service ! Lad who came for quote was friendly and chatty , Blinds were fitted only a week later , Dan who came to fit was lovely , rang when on his way , just got on with job , no mess no clean up to do .
