I signed up for there affiliate program and they canceled my link and did not pay me. They didn't give me any proof that I didn't follow the guidelines of the program. Do not sign up for their affiliate program it's a waste of time and effort.

Phenomenal App, intuitive to understand and use and gives a great breakdown to find deals worth pursuing and provides great presentations for potential investors and partners.

First timer here with property investments. Its a really smooth tool that helps a lot in seeing the value and building a solid financial plan. Theres a small learning curve for me since I'm brand new to most of this, but the support team has been very helpful in walking me through every question that I have. Great service!

Awesome for deal analysis. I do BRRRRs and it has all the fields I can think of. I feel confident in the underwriting and looking up rental comps etc is a breeze now.

LIKE THE LAYOUT AND OPTIONS

DealCheck is one of the best real estate apps for getting accurate ARV, rehab, and rent figures, without having to jump from app to app. It provides really good insight on comps, as well. I highly recommend DealCheck to anyone that works in real estate, regardless of your experience level. It was truly designed to be used by everyone!!

Great app, very intuitive to use, especially if you are out driving. There are website services that do the same thing for you, but you have to pay to get them. This is very handy in app form, and very configurable as well. If I were to have developed an app for this specific use case (determining if a property fits a rental model), I would have made this app!

Submitted all my information on a great deal including the address. Immediately an out of state buyer, sight unseen, buys it for cash with no contingencies. It was very suspicious. The property had been sitting for months.

Taking the first step and buying your first investment property can be intimidating. It is no easy task for most people to build the confidence to leave the research/learning stage and enter the action stage. DealCheck is a great application that gave me that level of comfort as a first-time investor. The app is well-designed and provides great flexibility to tweak the inputs and game out different scenarios. Very highly recommended!
