Really Great Costumer service
After an issue with the delivery of my Protein Works Package (wrong name at my address) I reached out to the Costumer Service. They responded fast and fixed the problem in no time. After DHL massaged me, they couldn´t deliver my order, I feared my delivery would get lost and I had to wait weeks to get it back. But the Costumer Service (from Tom) got me a new package so I didn´t had to wait for the hole shipping process. Thank you very very much.

I ordered a diet replacement meal and I wanted to try a new flavor, but unfortunately, it feels very sugary.
Also the website has the new variations of black,gold and platinum, but in reality I am not sure what I got as the packaging is entirely different

Customer service/ delivery….
Unfortunately, they have never managed to deliver the products in a way that everything goes smoothly!
I’ve pointed out several times to the company that they should be more careful in choosing who they trust with delivering their products…
The products themselves are good, but if the package never arrives intact—or worse, gets stolen by someone working for the delivery company—it’s not much help!
The company’s helpdesk is quite weak and slow. They only respond after many, many emails, but interestingly, after a phone inquiry, you suddenly receive an email saying your order processing is complete… It almost feels like you constantly have to chase your own order to make sure it actually arrives!
In my opinion, the company does not focus enough on selecting a reliable delivery partner, nor on what should be most important: providing customers with smooth and timely information when they have questions.
I’ve been ordering from the manufacturer for 2 years, but the last incident was the final straw… My package arrived (which had already been stolen once at the courier company before), and the protein powder inside was torn open. They said they were sorry and would send a replacement free of charge. Fine—but that was 5 days ago, and I still have no information about the package!
Wishing you continued success, and I hope your customers will be more patient than I was!
