I got winter Sauguaro shoes
I got winter Sauguaro shoes. Very poo quality shoes, the fur that's on top of the shoe like decoration is coming off, you can actually pull it out easy, my regular size is too tight. Very weird because it supposed to be varefoot shoes meaning it should have space for your toes. I have altra trail shoes that has enough space for the toes, so I have something to compare with. Anyway, first glance seems like poor quality shoes, but I have not yet used it in the snow. I tried to pour glass of water on it. Water does not run off the shoe, but it is not wet inside, so it's sort of absorbs and doesnt let the moist in. So I hope it will do what it says - be waterproof and warm.

I've used the shoes for a few weeks
I've used the shoes for a few weeks, but my toes aren't comfortable in them, and they feel quite warm. This makes them unsuitable for daily use, especially in indoor environments.

I pre-ordered on 9 September, my first pair of bare foot winter shoes at Saguaro. When they finally came they where at least a half size to small. The measurements table seems off.
So I requested an Umtausch for a size larger. They received the returned shoes 2.5 weeks ago (Track and Trace proof), but now I have NO shoes and NO money back. I find this completely **UNACCEPTABLE**. I notified them today to refund my money. My bank statement said Saguaro Hong Kong...
I would NOT recommend Saguaro!

I've accidentally purchased shoes with the wrong payment card and asked to cancel straight away. But No response form saguaro and they've sent them anyway!
No response to any of my emails and they call centre doesn't exist so it's a dead line!
I cannot afford these shoes and need money back as soon as possible.

Very poor communication/customer…
Very poor communication/customer service. My items were delivered to the wrong address, emailed them multiple times to try and find out from tracking where the parcel had been left) never emailed back. Now the shoes have been found I am not over impressed with them, so want to return them. Filled in the form on line, the only options are get 50% money back or buy a new pair. Again, they don't email back to help. 🤷🏻♀️

Fast delivery, comfortable fit, good durability
The shoes arrived in about a week to Slovenia. They fit perfectly as per my measurements. I bought 2 pairs - one for sporty activities, like walking in the woods and similar terrain. And the other for office and city walks. I wear both almost daily and they seem durable too. Saguaro shoes are the most comfortable footwear I've ever had. Those are my first ever barefoot shoes and I can sense a continuum here. I'm sure I'll buy more. My feet are wide and tall. The shoes are soft and very adaptable in those measurements so my feet feel very comfortable in this footwear.
