We booked a flight through mytrip.com with 2 checked bags included.
Without our consent, mytrip.com claimed “technical problems” and removed one checked bag from our booking, only refunding the price of that single bag.
This is useless to us, because we need both checked bags for our trip — exactly as originally booked and paid for.
Since then:
No reply to emails
Phone calls lead nowhere
No willingness to restore the service we purchased
mytrip.com unilaterally changes booked services, issues only partial refunds, and ignores customer requests. For us, this means: trip at risk and no reliable partner.
I can only advise others to avoid booking with mytrip.com if you rely on dependable service.
Think about a bad word also called anus... They offer in Momondo cheap tickets and don't react for 72 Hours, then they do return the money, but doesn't react at all.. at the end of the day now the ticket is more expensive... Had this 3-4 times with them until now...

Don't waste your time and money! They cancel reservations if prices go up!!!
I ordered a flight 3 days ago cause of a special offer. Got my order completed and an order confirmation email.
After 3 days of waiting for the flight tickets confirmation I called them and they told me to wait a few hours so that it could be finally processed.
30 minutes later I get another email letting me know that my order was canceled. I called my payment provider and they told me they never withdraw the money from the account!! And that this is unfortunately a very common procedure with some of these companies when flight prices go higher.
Now I have to rebook the same flight and pay way more money.
SCAM!
The worst ever! I regret choosing this to book my flights. Lost patience after waiting in customer care for about 2.5 hours. Called thrice and had to wait for more than an hour for someone to attend and they put on hold for another one hour to transfer line and respond. No resolution either. Moreover there was a option called 'Premium Support' for which I paid additional. Not sure how it works & even if it works either.
Flights were cancelled by the airline. de.mytrip.com has confirmed at the start of May 2021 that they have received the funds back from the airline. Yet no refund to my bank account has happened?
Why should this take more than 1.5 months?
