Pricing is very ambiguous and has affected my trust immensely. E.g. I enter a discount code and it deducts 9€ from total, refresh the page, enter the same code again, now it's just a 6€ discount. Another example is that subscriptions are supposed to "save you money" but are more expensive than a one time order. Then there's the "use the app for an extra discount" and the discount is in the cents on a 50€+ order. I canceled the order all together.

One of the worst experience
One of the worst experience . My package was never delivered and on contacting Myprotein I was made to fill one formula for missing package which I did , after that their customer support accepted that my package was lost in transit so they will issue refund . But then suddenly after 2 days instead of refunding my money , they closed my account and said they won’t refund . On reaching and contacting them many times , no resolution. If package was slivered you should know to whom it was delivered but never got any resolution. It’s been a month . Unfortunately have to raise complaint now with Verbraucherzentrale

Too short expiration date in many products. I ordered 5kg of peanut butter to receive them and see that they are only good for 6 more months. I would prefer to get this information transparent at the moment of buying.

I dont have packet either refund
The packet was delivery to a neighbor who doesnt exists in my build. Now i dont have the packet or my money either. Trying to solve this, I have sent a formular declaring I checked and didnt receive the packet 3 times by the messages service from kundenzentrum from my account, and anybody is taking responsabilities. Dont use this service

Wrong item received, won’t send correct item
I unfortunately received the wrong product and the customer service solution was disappointing. They asked me to generate a return label and send it back, with a refund to follow up to 10 days after processing. I asked if they would send me the correct item instead once I returned the incorrect one, but this was apparently not possible. They informed me if I still wanted the product i’d just have to place another order for it. Very strange service: not customer-focussed.
