Unfair Account Ban by Gameforge - All My Accounts Blocked Because of My Own Payment
On 17.08.2025, I purchased Dragon Coins for Metin2. However, the payment only appeared in my mobile banking app on 20.08.2025. On that day, I thought I hadn’t made any purchases with my card, so I reported it to Gameforge and also filed a dispute with my bank. My bank then marked the transaction as fraud.
Later, I found out that since it was an international purchase, the delay was due to an authorization hold, and in fact, the transaction was legitimate and mine.
Because of this misunderstanding, Gameforge blocked all my accounts. I already submitted a support ticket, but I only receive the same automated responses with no real solution.
I have been a loyal player and supporter of this game for years. All I want is to get my accounts back, but instead I feel punished for an honest mistake. This is extremely frustrating and unfair to paying customers.
I kindly ask Gameforge to review my case properly and reopen my accounts.
