Bad customer Service and not trustworthy delivery timing
The product quality is good. However, service sucks.
We ordered 2 radiators and paid 50 € extra to determine the exact date of delivery. Well, the radiators didn't arrive that day (waste of a vacation time). They arrived a week later. Well till today no one answered our messages, requests nor complaints, as we should be refunded those 50 €.
BAD customer Service and rip off.
