Delivery only to the front door of the building
Quality of things is good. However, there was no way to select (and pay) an extra to get a delivery to the apartment. And carring 4 radiators of around 40kg each was not fun.

However, as mentioned in our email, our carriers can only deliver items to the curbside or entrance of the building. For safety and insurance reasons, our carriers are not authorized to enter private living spaces or place goods directly inside your home. We sincerely appreciate your understanding that it is the customer's responsibility to transport the goods from the building entrance into the home. This policy is also outlined in our General Terms and Conditions under section 6, paragraph 6.4 (Delivery Address).

Quick shipment, but there should be mentioned a note which informs the customer about an additional fee which will be charged (by paypal) if the €-price is payed with Paypal. This is due to the fact that the company is not located in an EU-country but is charging directly with Euro, this might be confusing to the customer.
