My Duca del Cosma's are getting wet from the inside and the outside. The don't dry properly. After one months the fungi's are already in the shoes.

Beautiful brand, shitty shoes
Beautiful brand, worthless shoe. Never buying Duca’s again.
I really wanted to love Duca del Cosmo. The Dutch brand looks great and the shoes are stylish. But after three pairs, I’m done.
I owned two pairs of winter golf shoes. They’re expensive, and both started leaking after about a year, which is exactly when the warranty runs out. In between, I had to have the dial closure repaired twice. At the second repair, I was told they were discontinuing that system because they don’t have their production process under control. That says it all.
My third pair was a regular golf shoe. The seams came loose after six rounds. Six.
What bothers me most is that nobody takes responsibility. At this price point you expect quality, and if something does go wrong, you expect the manufacturer to fix it. That didn’t happen.
My advice: don’t let the nice design fool you. For this money you can buy a shoe from another brand that will actually last a few seasons.

5 Star Italian Style & 5 Star Dutch Customer Service
I bought my first pair of Duca del Cosma shoes a couple of years ago, which were KLM Dutch Open colour inspired. I know it's a cliche, but they are so soft and so comfortable and they are still going strong through many, many rounds and literally hundreds of miles of walking. Being from Scotland, that has been in all weathers you can imagine! And I am so into how good these golf shoes are made that I now own 3 other different and varied pairs. Duca del Cosma seem to fly under the radar, but I guarantee if you check them out and buy a pair, like me, you won't go back. The colours and style choices are sublime. I had a query as a Customer and I had the best customer experience through Sandra in their Netherlands HQ, which merely confirmed I will die wearing and as a Duca del Cosma customer!!! Sandra treated me like a Pro and as if I represented the Company. You just don't get better than that. Now I just need to improve my golf........

Duca Del Cosma. Shoddy workmanship partially redeemed by a 20% credit
Bought a pair of Duca Del Cosma Delago golf boots just over 2 years ago.They were very stylish, comfortable, warm & waterproof. Unfortunately last winter they started annoyingly squeaking. I then discovered recently from my shoemaker that the metal shank in the sole had broken & they were irreparable. I contacted Duca Del Cosma customer service. They said they could offer neither a replacement nor a part credit against a new pair. Don’t buy them first hold whatever you do. It’s all show & no substance. Who wants to buy a pair of golf boots for £200, get 40 wears & find they are broken due to bad, shoddy manufacture? Buy a reliable brand - not a slipshod, poorly manufactured one like this. They really ARE the worst!!
Since then, I should point out Duca Del Cosma have offered me a 20% credit against a new pair. It by no means makes up for the fact that even if out of warranty a product of this supposed quality should not fail after 40 or so outings over 2 winters. However given how comfortable & waterproof they were, I may very well go for another pair using the credit in the hope my previous experience was just a one off manufacturing flaw, which hopefully will not be repeated.

Delivery is missing :(
The style of the Products is very nice. The quality….i do kot know, cause simply I have not received my order. After double checking the address of my order I received the message that address of deliver is not correct. I do not know now how Duca’s Team will react to such inconvenience. Hopefully properly as I am new customer to this brand.
