Missing service and stock

Ordered on Friday with published delivery time Monday-Tuesday. On a weekend I passed by the shops selling similar stuff but relied on DDW delivering. Monday - status has not changed. Gave them a call, the person on the other end could not give any details, promised a call back. Never happened. On Tuesday I could not wait any longer as this was holding other jobs - drove to another store and bought a replacement. Checked the order status: CANCELLED. No notification, nothing. At least they refunded the money, but not the time . In my black list now.
