Surprisingly pleasant! A representative greeted me from the moment I walked in. She then proceeded to guide me through the (online) application process, then printed out my waiting room ticket number. The wait was short, maybe 5 minutes. Once I got to the counter agent, she (Jasmine) quickly and efficiently looked over my documents, and then prepared my new license in under 5 minutes - amazing! Quite a big difference from NY - where the attendants were surly and lethargic from the get go. I'm loving southern hospitality!
