Avoid this company at all costs!

I am absolutely disappointed with Digital Dream Labs (DDL). They do not respond to support requests, which is unacceptable for a company of this size. The servers are still not working, with no progress or communication about fixing them. Additionally, replacement parts for the Vector are impossible to obtain, making repairs practically unfeasible.

If anyone is reading this: Stay away from this company. If you want to buy overpriced junk, this is the right place. Very disappointing.

Since DDL has taken over Anki's…

Since DDL has taken over Anki's products it has been continuous bad experiences after bad experiences. The bots prices have increases to unreasonable prices on top of delisting and raising the prices of the app required to make to bots work DDL has proven not to be fit for running these bots. Their website is also unfinished and isn't helpful. There is placeholder elements everywhere. If you you a DDl vector DO NOT PAY THE SUBSCRIPTION. Instead setup a wire-pod server to get more out of your vector for free
