Customer care
These guys have very good customer service and a friendly billing team. I was on vacation when an invoice became overdue. I asked for some extension till the end of my vacation and I was given it! I have 2 dedicated servers here and 1 cloud server. Everything in terms of hardware is great. No complaints regarding their technical support. Thank you, DCXV team!

Good service!
I have placed my first order for cloud services on the dcxv.com website. I liked the order form, which allowed me to choose as many resources as I needed exactly. I was able to opt for CPU, RAM> Storage, and even the number of backup snapshots. It looks like no hidden fees are there.
I had to communicate with their support twice during the setup. I received replies to all of my questions fast. So far, I'm good here.
