Great customer service

Because I had an issue about applying for a loan, and yet I had one which is going on. I was guided on how to work it out. The personal that I talked were very patient helped me understand the procedure well.

The woman that I talked to about this laon was very polite straight forward and explained everything in detail and went over it again to make sure she didn't miss anything. That to me is very impressive and again she was one of the best I've ever talked to about what's my needs where. .

The best credit union customer service was above the average rate at this point,not just a credit union company though technically they provide the best service Flavia is the best service in my opinion

The representative Savannah was polite, happy, and helpful. There are polite and helpful reps however not many that show happiness through the phone. Her personality and service represented DCU in a professional but personable way.

They have great rates especially on there savings account as of 5/2026 there rate for savings is 5%. They have a quick loans which I’ve used a few times with a rate of 17.99%. And there agents are super helpful. Only thing I wish is that they bring more branches or atm’s to NY. Right now there only more north of me (MA, NH). I’m thinking about switching from a big corporation bank to DCU. They also have early pay. Hope to stay a member of them for life.
