I purchased a 206lt Nover cool fridge freezer on the 11-09-2024 it was delivered. After unwrapping I discovered serious damage to the unit, I rang the office in Brisbane and was asked to send photos, within 5 minutes I received a call from Brett he asked what size was the unit it was a 206lt he said that was the last one, and then asked if a 258lt would fit I said yes it would.
They replaced it at no extra cost.
I couldn’t believe the speed at which these guys operated at, the new one was delivered in 5 days and the damaged one removed, this was customer service at its absolute best.

Laurie was a great help while we were on our outback trip. Our Vitrifrigo DP2600 failed he talked us through our options. At no time were we persuaded to buy a new fridge but rather gave good advice re repairing ours. We did decide to buy a new fridge, mainly for resale and peace of mind. Dcfridge were by far the cheapest and our fridge was delivered free and in just a few days.
We are happy to recommend Dcfridge to anyone wanting advice or the best price on caravan fridges.
