I am the biggest Batman fan alive

UPDATE: They have treated me like absolute trash since my original complaint below. I only cannot figure out how they have a total of two reviews on here, both lowest ratings, yet they have a barely-below-average rating of 2.9 stars?!?
ORIGINAL: I am the biggest Batman fan alive. I am ashamed to see the fools that run DC SHOP aka dccomics.com muck all of that up. I ordered a framed minicell but it didn't take my promo code. Less than 5 seconds later I emailed them and their response was "no refunds under any circumstances, at any time". So, I am contemplating contacting my credit card company in hopes of obtaining a refund. CAVEAT EMPTOR, buyer beware!!

The continuing failure of DC Publishing

As a WBD investor, it gives me little joy to give DC Publishing a one-star rating.
As one of the largest intellectual property engines at Warner Bros. Discovery, as well as the origin point of the comic book stories and characters driving hundreds of millions of dollars in operational capital into WB Studios, the current state of DC Publishing as a business and customer-facing organization is beyond poor.
DC Publishing leadership and editorial staff have disconnected from their mission as a retail enterprise and disengaged from their customers in a manner that treats the majority of fans and content consumers as an inconvenience.
Sales and market share failure, reported over the past several years, provide ample evidence of the decline of DC Publishing - the fact that this downward trajectory has been allowed to continue quarter after quarter reflects poorly on WB, and the new ownership group and board at Discovery.
