I have written a review before with 1 star and can’t seem to edit it as I have been helped very well by customer service of Daylight computer. I caught them around a time their Office was closed so my earlier review is not correct. I can’t log in under my account so can’t edit but I have to say that I am very happy with my daylight computer. It is so good on the eyes and after they send me a new computer, even before I returned the old one, it’s been working flawless. Give this product a chance for your health, especially your eyes! 🥰

I’m writing this review as I don’t get any response to my emails. I order the DC1 daylight computer in November 2025 and it got delivered very quick to Europe, I was impressed!
I loved the daylight computer tablet but after 1 month I could not charge it anymore with the original cable or any other cable, it gives an error. So now I cannot do anything anymore on it. I tried everything, even a factory reset.
I get no response to my emails and I am getting very upset that I paid so much money for a product that I loved but only worked for 1 month and no help.
Maybe my credit card company can help me since I don’t know what to do anymore…..

I ordered and was charged for a 4 pack of light bulbs, over $30. They sent me one and only one light bulb. I'm not even sure if it works because I'm contracting my credit card company and I'm going to send it back. This company is a total scam!!

Have kept delaying my order since last July.

Every month is the same story.

Is this company a scam? They are very responsive and polite but I cannot help but feel like I’ve been duped.
