I'm a botanical artist, so needed a magnifying light that was easy to use, with good even 'day' light, and I thought this would be good, especially as the lenses are glass, and give the option of x1.5 and x2.5 magnification. I am very pleased with it, and it has been in use daily since I received it.

I have tried similar, but much less expensive products that turned out to be useless. This lamp may seem pricey but in this case you’re getting what you pay for. I use it for doing fine detail drawing and painting in my art studio. It stays in the position it’s placed in, the lenses are sharp and the light is excellent. Highly recommend.

This is the best mag lamp I have ever had. I wish I had invested in it earlier. It stays where you put it, doesn’t make any annoying noises, the lense is clear and the light is bright. I love it.
